All orders are shipped out to the customer within 5 - 7 working days except during our annual closing period, usually mid December to mid January of each year.
Grow Learning Company offers 3-types of delivery:
Orders above R 2000.00
Orders between R 1000.01 - R2000.00
- Couriers – Grow charges a flat fee of R150.00 for courier & handling on all online orders between R1000.00 - R2000
- In order to make use of this service, a physical street address must be provided as delivery address at checkout. All shipments are followed by an email to the customer with a parcel tracking number. If goods are out of stock or need to be manufactured, Grow will contact you with an expected delivery date.
- If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of South Africa, please contact Grow Learning Company's office.
Orders below R 1000.00
- Couriers – Grow charges a flat fee of R200.00 for courier & handling on all online orders below R1000.00.
- In order to make use of this service, a physical street address must be provided as delivery address at checkout. Free collection
- You can collect your order from our offices in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. Collect your order once you receive a notification from us that your order is ready for collection.
