Return Policy

Credits will be in the form of Credit on Account.

If the customer has paid with cash and meets the requirements below they will receive a full cash refund.


Defective/Damaged Goods

May be returned within 14 days of date of Invoice, for credit or an exchange and we will arrange for collection of the defective/damaged goods.


Non-Defective Products

May be returned within 14 days of date of invoice.

May be subject to a restocking fee (15%).

Must be returned in new and resalable condition in the original packaging.  Items damaged or showing signs of use will not be returnable.

Courier charges incurred due to returned non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.  Grow Learning Company cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Products acceptable for full Credit/Replacement

Products not supplied in accordance with order.

Products that are damaged/defective at the time received.


Products not acceptable for full Credit/Replacement

Discontinued products.

Products that have been used.

Products that are shelf-worn and therefore unsuitable for return to stock, to resell as new.


Products not acceptable for Credit/Replacement

Products that have been modified or personalised by the user.

Products that have been damaged by the user.
